  • 🌏 Genki Native is for you if you are living abroad or traveling perpetually, or if you have no plans to return to your home country.

Can I extend Genki Traveler more than one year?
No, you cannot extend Genki Traveler beyond the maximum period of one year.

When your Genki Traveler subscription ends (either because you choose to cancel it, or you reach the maximum period of one year) then any ongoing medical conditions and treatments will stop being covered.

You can sign up for a new Genki Traveler subscription, but any prior medical conditions (including those that may have been covered under a previous Genki subscription) will be excluded from cover.

That's why it is very important to maintain long-term cover in addition to Genki Traveler, in case you develop a chronic illness or other medical issue that requires ongoing treatment. If you do not have any other long-term health cover, then you should choose Genki Native instead.
